Al was off monday and tuesday. and it was laundry and unpacking and cleaning. tuesday trevor and i had dentist appointments in the morning then it was trevor's soccer picture night and practice so we were at the fields for over 2 hours.
wednesday morning, the kids and i drove up to hudson to meet my 2nd cousin Alyssa and her 3 kids to play at a park. it was fun! then we went to mom's, had lunch, tova laid down, trevor and i went to see my friend kris and her 3 kids, then we packed up and headed home.
thursday was laundry and packing and then trevor's first official soccer game at 745. luckily Al got home from work on time so he stayed home with tova and put her to bed. trevor played well and was a good sport and teammate, but they lost and didn't score any goals.
friday morning we packed up bright and early and headed up to bloomer as tova and Al had their dentist appointments at 9. after their appointments, we headed to waupaca to our friend's sarah and derek's house again for the 4th of july. shane, jodi, luke and henrik were already there too. friday we swam in their pool, had supper there and had an early bedtime.
saturday morning we all went a little shop and walking path, then stopped at a playground for the kids to play. then back to derek and sarah's house to swim and do lunch for luke's birthday party. during naptime/quiet time, the mom's laid down too while the dad's went to a bar. after nap time, we had cake and then all packed up and went to S&D's friend's house that has a swimming pond. the kids had fun but it was kind of a lot, so we headed back for supper and a swim.
sunday morning we went to a cool river/waterfall/dam place and hung out for a bit then back for a swim, lunch and packing up. we headed home shortly after that. once home, mom came down to see the kids before she left for colorado and we all went over to matt & jodi's for supper and fireworks. it was fun but we were exhausted.
monday was super hot so i set up the little pool and we played outside in the morning. mom left after lunch (Al worked.) after nap and snack we went back outside but didn't last too long in the heat and humidity.
