trevor: first long car ride to the lake; he did great!, rolled from back to side, his feet go straight up in the air a lot when on his back, often wiggles himself around in bed and ends up facing the other direction, will touch our faces when we talk close enough to him, will pull himself/his head forward when leaning back so that he's not leaning against you, started spitting up occasionally.

wednesday, the jimmy nessets came over to make our meal for the lake, lasagna. it was a blast and good to see them all! wednesday night i also played softball with my ladies (and manda was there too!!); i ended up pitching and i struck 2 people out! it had been a while since i pitched, so i was unsure on how i'd do. i hit like crap, again; gonna hafta work on that once we're back from vacation (which pretty much just means begging manda and johnny to go out and hit some balls with me :] thank goodness for them!)

thursday we headed back to bloomer; all of us still exhausted. but thankfully al's last day of work was wednesday night, although he didn't get off until 530 am because he had to tie up all his cases. al then had 11 days off in a row; so wonderful! we did laundry, cleaned, packed, got the oil changed, etc. friday, al took tator to wausau because his dad watches tator for us while we're on vacation; i'm not sure who enjoys that more, tator or peter. :)

saturday, we packed up and drove to mom's house (she had already left for the lake/cabin) and got ready for benny & lexi's wedding at welch village. although it rained all day, it was a great wedding! we hung out with the softball people, eating, drinking, talking, laughing until about 830 and then we drove to mom's because i was TIRED! we had planned to drive up to the cabin that night so trevor would sleep the whole way, but with the storms and rain and darkness, we decided to wait until sunday morning.

sunday morning, the drive up was good, trevor was great! we had to stop twice but got up there in 5 hours. it rained all day sunday. we got some sun monday morning then rained monday evening, but tuesday was beautiful! more lake news in the next post.

sunday was also al's first father's day!
