wednesday we had Rue, i ended up working 7 hours total to try to get caught up before vacation, i picked up cam from band camp at 11, and i worked out at 530.
Thursday Al finally had his post op, follow up appt from elbow surgery and got fitted for his fancy, adjustable brace at 8 am. I had matt and jodi's 3 kids and Kinsley. i borrowed jodi's van and took those 4 + my 2 kids on our annual menomonie animal park date. we had fun and the kids were so good! we did the animal/nature walk, played at the playground, and walked around the water a bit before heading home. i fed the kids lunch then kins got picked up for her afternoon camp and matt came shortly after that to get his kids. i worked at noon. mom came down to watch the kids soccer games; tova at 5 and trev at 645 (Al got to come to a lot more soccer games than usual due to being off for injury, so that was good!)
friday we all went garage saling with mom and found some good ones! which isn't typical for july!
saturday we headed up to mom's house so we could help celebrate Luke's birthday! saturday afternoon, tova stayed with nana while Al, Trev and i went to shane and jodi's house. we had lots of fun hanging out with just the big boys (Henrik was at his nana's house too.) we ended up sleeping over (trev was supposed to anyway.)
Sunday, i met mom in the morning to get Tova so we could all go to Luke's pool party birthday party. the pool ended up not being open so we improvised and went to a close by beach instead. we had fun! we changed at shane and jodi's quick before heading home.
Monday was cleaning, packing and getting ready for our annual cabin vacation with Matt, jodi and kids. we also had Rue all day. i worked out at noon.
Tuesday i worked out at 9am, got showered and packed up and we left after lunch with the boat for Butternut wisconsin where our cabin was. we had a good drive up, got to the cabin, got unloaded, got the beds all set up, my work computer set up, and then went into town to grab some supper. Matt & Jodi couldn't leave until after 5 so they didn't get up there until close to 9.
My phone completely died in early august so I don't have all my pictures for this week :(
