trevor: said "more please" which sounds like "mo sssssss" together without me having to say each word first (his first 2 words put together), loves bubbles in the tub and says "ba-bussss", calls all the guys in his books "bob/ba" from his bob the builder books, went to his first parade and liked to watch but was a little unsure about it, was wanting dada lots this week & every morning when Al would get up Trevor would go over and point to the floor for Al to sit down with him and play legos, says "na no" for 'no no' when he knows we say no to or for something,
this week went by quick: Al had range & training Monday and Tuesday morning at 9, then came home for a couple hours then back to work. also, I watched the neighb's kids Tuesday and Thursday this week. we hung out at our house in the mornings (made banana bread and some more fridge pickles) and then I left T with Al for nap & took Cam and Chloe to their house for nap. well, Cam starts pre-k soon so he's not been taking naps, but Chloe still naps.
Wednesday Trevor and I did some shopping & returns, Thursday I ran to a garage sale where I found good books for T. He also had a rash on his chest and tummy Thursday, a different rash than his previous after fever rash. the only thing I can think is he wore jammies he hasn't worn before Wednesday night and they had a piece of fabric on the inside of the shirt to protect the embroidery, maybe that irritated him. Friday all 3 of us ran to the mall and found some new cleats for me and some good clearance items for T next summer.
Saturday I headed up to the cities early for my softball tourney and Al and Trevor came up a little later in the morning. I was gone at my tournament all day while Al watched T. it was a fun tourney called duck soup, where each inning you have to do something different like bat left handed, bat off a tee, or run the bases backwards. I played with my friends Mona and Matt and their team; it was kind weird and nerve wrecking to play on a team with a bunch of people I don't know again, it's been a while since I've done that. we had 2 games on Saturday, won the first, lost the second. Saturday wasn't as fun playing as I expected but the people were fun so inbetween the games was fun!
Sunday we went to Trevor's first parade in woodbury; we parked at my grandpa/dad's house and walked the half block to the parade route. he caught a necklace and got his first Vulcan "v"; he was a little unsure about the whole parade thing but liked watching it. then my team won their first game while I was at the parade, so I left a little early to go play the next game with them while mom and Al brought T home, fed him and got him down from nap. we won that next game and had to play again right away in the championship game. and we won!! we won the whole co-ed tournament!!! sunday was much more fun to play as I got to do some of the different innings. the last game went until 330ish and Mona and I had to be back to the other side of the cities to play our regular season games by 4.... we stayed to take the team picture with our trophy then booked it to oakdale. we were about 15 minutes late but luckily our team had enough players until we got there. we played 2 more games and lost both, and I was exhausted!!
Monday Trevor and I went back to EC and Al had to work 11a-730p both Monday and Tuesday.
