Tova: finally got her 2nd top tooth threw!, loves to clap, every time she sits up after crawling around she claps, loves to see her brother and see what he's doing, she tries to get what he has (Trevor's working on sharing with her), she will crawl to me now if i'm not too far from her and I put my hands near the ground,

Trevor: funny trevor story from a week or so ago: in the middle of the night, I heard a weird noise over the monitor that I could tell was coming from his room. I went in there and as soon as I opened the door he said, "whatcha doin'?" I said, "I heard a funny noise in here." He said, "yeah, I was making ghost sounds: oooooooooo." it was SO funny!! then he went right back to sleep.

Monday was Camdyn's birthday. we went to Jodi's in the morning to play and Tova stayed awake for 3 hours before her first nap! and then took a good hour nap at Jodi's which meant we stayed for lunch before coming home to get trevor on the bus. then tova and I hung out with Al until I went to get trevor from school. Al went to work and we went back to Jodi's house for cam's birthday supper.

Tuesday we just played at home before school; trevor is working on getting used to a mobile baby sister who loves him and wants to see/be in everything he's doing. :) Tuesday night I got a stomach ache but it wasn't too bad so I didn't think anything of it.

Wednesday morning my stomach really ached and I spent most of the morning on the pot. I ended up having to wake up Al early because I was not feeling well. he got trevor ready and fed and on the bus. I laid down for a bit (only being around Tova when I had to feed her) and felt a bit better after a nap but really weak. I took a bath and during my bath got a call from school that trevor was complaining of a belly ache and was just sitting in his classroom, very atypical of him. so I went and got him (Jodi's kids had a stomach bug over the weekend); once home he sat on the pot for a bit from Al and then he and I laid in our bed watching a movie. we weren't in there long before he puked a little bit. we'd had a bucket ready so that was good until he got up and started walking to the bathroom and projectile vomited all over our carpeted hallway... :( so trevor and I stayed in bed in our room the rest of the night while Al hung out with Tova. I opened all the windows in the afternoon and we did lots of laundry in hopes of getting the bug out.

Thursday morning trevor was mostly better, he just wouldn't eat much. we both had little stints of bellyaches the rest of the week/weekend and i'm pretty sure tova ended up getting a little bit of it Friday afternoon/evening. she puked all over her bed Friday night shortly after I put her to bed (Al was at work) so she went straight in the tub and then slept and ate great the rest of night. Thursday I bleached everything I could think of and Friday I cleaned every surface & floor of the house, every toy, did every bit of laundry I could in hopes Al wouldn't get it and we wouldn't pass it on.

Saturday morning we all felt better so the kids and I drove up to the cities and went to the cottage grove Halloween parade which was fun and not very busy! we met mom, manda, johnny, eva and Elouise there. then back to mom's for lunch and play time with unc-o and nana before we went to a kid Halloween party at my friend amy's house. some of my high school friends were there with their kids including mona (from softball) and her 2 kids ollie and lucy. it was a super fun little party and trevor had a blast! then back to mom's house for a bit before we drove home.

sunday morning we laid low until we had Camdyn and Chloe's birthday party at high roller at noon. we had fun there but it was a lot with all the flickering lights and so many people/kids at the skating rink. trevor mostly played with Jodi's neighbor's boy Lucas and Tova did great being awake for over 3 hours (I had her in the front carrier most of the time.) then home to see Al for about 20 minutes before he left for work. :(
