2017 :: 15/52 :: Easter & Al's birthday

the weather this week was rainy and we even got some snow Monday night. we went to Jodi's a couple mornings and stayed home a couple mornings. Al worked 3-11p Monday, 7am-4pm Tuesday, 7p-330a Wednesday, 2-1030p Thursday and 7p-330a Friday (all over the place.) Tuesday night we went to cancun with the neighb's and I ended up with a sore throat that night and didn't sleep well. Wednesday afternoon to night I got a fever but it broke in the middle of the night and I felt much better Thursday. so Wednesday we didn't do much, although I did run to a couple garage sales and got some laundry and cleaning done in the morning.

Thursday morning we went to Jodi's for the easter party! they did crafts, played, snack, easter egg hunt then pizza for lunch! Trevor and I napped then we played outside for a bit, had supper and did come more crafting.

Friday morning we got up, ate breakfast quick and headed out to go garage saling and then to the indoor sports center family fun zone with Jodi, cam and chloe. we didn't find any good garage sales and barely got anything, but it was fun. we played at the indoor sports center for 1.5 hours (kade and jake came too) and trevor was tired when we left. we headed home for lunch and nana met us there. Trevor ended up not napping... but during nap time mom and I ran to a couple other very picked over garage sales. we got a few things done outside with Al too including finishing up our 2nd garden bed. so the garden beds are fully dirted and ready to plant once we're past the frost zone.

Saturday morning, mom made us monkey bread, uncle came down for the day and we did easter. we colored eggs, woke dada up for the egg hunt & easter basket opening, and then went outside in the wet grass to play for a bit since it stopped raining. then we had egg salad sandwiches for lunch and trevor fell asleep for nap right away! after nap, we went outside to play and jump in puddles. Trevor rode his bike to the park and found some huge, muddy puddles :) once home and changed, we had Al's birthday celebrations (his birthday was the next day, easter) and our easter dinner. after supper we went outside because it finally cleared up and the sun came out. Trevor and uncle (and sometimes the rest of us) played soccer in the back yard and mom and I went for a little walk. Uncle left just before bedtime and just before another rain/thunderstorm.

sunday morning we got up early and headed for Wausau for easter brunch. it was again at Jeremy's house (Al's grandpa's house) and it was beautiful out! it did get windy but still nice and sunny! trevor got to do another egg hunt, played/walked outside, and spent time with family. grandpa peter was his best buddy the whole morning. the food was sooooo good and we ate so much! we stopped by g'pa peter's house quick to see the work he's doing on it then headed home about 2. Trevor and Al both slept. once home we unpacked then mom, trevor (in the stroller) and I went for a walk. then mom headed home and we got some little things done in between relaxing because we were exhausted!
