2024 :: 13/52

 wednesday we had Rue. we hung out at home. once Al got home we drove to osseo to go to a store called boards & bricks. they have board games, legos, puzzles, and candy. we enjoyed it and found a few things!

thursday the kids and i went up to the cities; it was sunny but chilly out. we picked up mom and went to the minnesota zoo, then had lunch at applebees. then we went bowling, played fast track, played outside and headed home about 7pm. 

friday we had brooklyn and cam here for a bit. and then we went to a couple garage sales. 

saturday mom came down to watch the kids while Al and i went to Jenny's mom's funeral in osceola. we got home about 5pm. 

sunday was easter; we had brunch here. mom, tyler, dad, and grandpa peter came. i made homemade cinnamon rolls for the first time and they were delicious! after a while, we walked up to the play ground and played 4 square. 

monday was back to school for the kids. we had an easter party at jodi's house for the daycare kids. 

tuesday was a regular day.

 Wednesday was nana's birthday; Al wasn't feeling well so he stayed home, while the kids and i met mom and tyler in hudson for supper. it was delicious and we had fun. 

thursday started the march madness so we all made brackets. trev and i entered ours into matt's gym bracket online for money. it snowed thursday night into friday. 

saturday we had breakfast with matt, jodi and kids at our vfw. we had never eaten there. breakfast was good but it took forever. once we had digested a bit, we all went to the gym. Then it was our friend jenny's birthday so we all went out to her and kyle's house for a family party. matt, jodi & kids came, and kyle's family. it was fun and the kids had a blast! 

monday started the kids spring break. we got lots of snow. we went out at 730 to shovel and stayed out until 10am playing in the snow and cuz it was nice out. we shoveled the driveway, then the backyard, then we went to north high to sled and play on the big plow piles. i worked out at noon then we went to the grocery store to get the kids lunchables for lunch. 

tuesday was rain/snow mix. we ran errands and to the library before it started, then worked out at noon. 

it was so cold at school drop off, we huddled up like penguins.
