2021 :: 35/52

 tuesday was our last day before school started and before jodi had all daycare kids back, so we met her and her kids and a couple daycare kids for some fun! we did a small hike first but the mosquitos were so bad that we didn't last long. then we went to a park, played and had a picnic lunch!  

Al was off wednesday and thursday. wednesday was trevor's welcome day at school; so we walked up to school, met his teacher, saw his classroom, and dropped off his school supplies. then i went over to jodi's to sit with the kids while she took cam & chloe to school. wednesday was also tova's 3.5 birthday! i brought her to the dollar store and she picked out a toy and a treat (and got a treat for her brother.) 

thursday was trevor's first day of school. jodi and the kids walked over and we all walked to school together. tova, al and i went garage saling but didn't find much. 

friday it was rainy, al worked, trevor had school, and tova and i did 6 crafts & 2 puzzles before 1030 am. :) i also got lots done around the house! 

saturday mom came down. i worked out in the morning, mom took the kids to the park, we played outside lots and i got some things done around the house. 

sunday morning we went to a different apple orchard in chippewa and had it mostly to ourselves. there were 2 bouncy houses and a couple other little things and the kids loved it. it was gorgeous weather! after the apple orchard we went up the road to autumn harvest winery where mom and i had wine slushies, the kids had lemonade slushies, and we sat outside while the kids played on their play equipment. then home for lunch and nap/quiet time. mom stayed another night since it was labor day weekend. 

monday morning, i worked out at the gym again, then mom and i went for a walk with the kids and climbed the hill by the airport and got to see the helicopter be wheeled out it's hanger. then mom headed home, and the 4 of us went over to matt & jodi's for a grill out. they made kabobs and they were delicious! then home for a late nap for tova and a relaxing night at home before school on tuesday. 

tuesday after i walked trevor to school, tova and i went jodi's for our first day of work for this school year. we have a new baby there so it was an adjustment but we had fun. Al got to get some of his stuff done and he put tova down for nap when we got home. i walked to get trevor from school then we had a night at home.

2021 :: 34/52

 we had cam, chloe and carsyn tuesday thru thursday this week and Al was off all week!! tuesday it rained all day. we had to get up early and get the edge in to the shop before jodi dropped the kids off. the big kids played video games, the girls played with toys downstairs, i made masks, and Al posted ebay stuff. i played carcasonne with the big kids, they played some legos then it was time for lunch. we went to matt & jodi's house for supper; we had cancun and half off margaritas!! it was fun and we stayed until after 8 pm. 

wednesday and thursday i switched vehicles with jodi again and had the van. so we did some garage saling and went to a park. thursday night i had softball at 615 & 715 but we got rained on and eventually the games got called due to lightening in the middle of our 715 game. i went back to mom's house for a bit then drove home. 

friday the 4 of us ran some errands stopped at a couple garage sales then played and got stuff done around here. trevor and i went to liam's birthday party at his house friday night from 530-830 and had fun even though it rained. 

saturday morning mom came down and we ran to a couple garage sales before coming home for lunch. after lunch Al's aunt Debbie and uncle Glen and grandpa peter came over. we visited for a while and thus tova didn't nap. after supper, Al and i drove up to his coworkers house in bloomer for their annual party. it was lots of fun and good to see all the wives that i usually only see at that party, once a year. it rained a bit on us and then we headed home at 10 when the storm was on it's way. 

sunday Al and i got a ton done around the house (Al finally finished the last 2 basement windows!) while mom played with the kids. it was nice out so they played outside a lot. mom left after lunch. after supper, i went over to jodi's to rearrange the basement/daycare area and clean it. it was good to get it done and have a fresh start to the school/daycare year. 

monday Al went back to work. the kids and i went to irvine park and it was gorgeous out!!! we saw the animals, the farm animals which are only there during the summer, played at both parks, and did some little hikes. it was fun! then home for lunch and nap/quiet time.

2021 :: 33/52

 tuesday morning we made our fridge pickles with cucumbers and dill from the farmer's market. my dad came down and we were able to give him his birthday and retirement presents. he played lots of cribbage with trevor, had lunch, played cribbage with me (he skunked both trevor and me), and then headed home. 

wednesday the kids and i met jodi and her kids at a park and then we stopped at some garage sales. then jodi dropped her kids off for an hour, for lunch, before matt came and got them. 

thursday, we had cam, chloe, and carsyn until after lunch. we went to garage sales in jodi's van (she took our car to volleyball) and we stopped at joann fabrics for the kids to all pick out fabric for some new masks for school. 

friday morning, i took all 5 kids to the menomonie animal park where we walked past the animals and walked the little nature path. then we drove back to eau claire and played at a park for a little bit before heading back home for lunch. matt picked the kids up right after lunch again. 

saturday morning, the kids and i went up to mom's house. we played outside a bunch and after bedtime i went to manda and johnny's house to watch the vikings game. 

sunday morning was the woodbury days parade. we parked in my dad's driveway and walked the half block down to the parade route with unc-o, nana, and grandpa neil, and some of tyler's friend's and their kids. the kids had fun and got some candy! then we went back to mom's house for lunch and then headed home. 

monday Al started his week off!! Al had to take grandpa peter for his surgery so the kids and i went to the apple orchard since they had just opened. we had fun! then i had graham from 1230-330 and he played with trevor during quiet time. i prepped supper then worked out at 430.
