2015 :: 32/52

it was hot and humid until Monday! we spent time inside or in the pool :) I found some great deals at garage sales: got 8 pieces of clothing for T for $1 and found some cheap cheap toys for T, some that i'd been wanting to find for him!

funny trevor story from this week: I had been letting him sleep in since we got back to Alaska, but it seemed to be affecting nap time, so I set my alarm so I could wake him around 7. the first morning I did it, I went in to his bedroom, opened his curtain and turned his noise machine off. he moved a tiny bit but didn't open his eyes. I said my line: "is someone awake in here?" to which he put his finger to his lips and said "shhhhh." :) it was SO funny!

Al had Friday and Saturday off this week. Friday we ran errands and garage saling. Saturday we drove to Wausau for aunt wendy and uncle keith's 40th wedding anniversary party at Jeremy's house. it was hot and humid, but it was a good time with good food! trevor had fun seeing everyone and we brought his pool so he could cool off a bit.

on our way home from Wausau, we stopped at the jbf consignment sale and got some good deals (it was half off). I got T a couple extra winter jackets (one really warm, one lighter & in 2 different sizes), a new winter hat, and some sweat shirts. I had high hopes for the pricing on this sale but it wasn't as great as I had hoped.

sunday T and I drove up to the cities for softball. Trevor hung out at mom's neighbor's house (Maria, Shawn, Kaitlin and Anika) for about 20 minutes while I went to ball and before mom got back from her golf trip. we won softball in the rain (last game of summer ball) and took 2nd place in the league! then after the game, Tyler and I had spaghetti at the neighb's house.

Monday we headed home to see Al for about 20 minutes before he worked (he worked 11a-730p Monday and Tuesday).

2015 :: 31/52 :: 18 months

18 month appt: 23 lbs 8 oz!! which jumped him from the 25th percentile to the 40th! still 80th for height and 95th for head size. we learned that he's double jointed in his hands which effects his wrists (he had been whiney a couple of times in regards to his wrists); she tested his thumbs to figure it out (got that from Al). lots of wax in his right ear still so we need to try to relieve that a bit with hydrogen peroxide. need to brush his teeth twice a day. 

Trevor: says lots of words (or parts of them): waldo, up, down, water, please, cheese, fish, mama, dada, uncle, grama (but this comes out different), out, one, two (and will count 2 things sometimes), shoes, socks, sit; makes lots of animal sounds: cow, pig, sheep, dog, cat, snake, lion, ; has 15 teeth just got his first bottom vampire tooth; can spin in a circle but gets dizzy easily :); loves to play "give momma kisses" where he runs away when I say that; can make the kiss sound with a fishy face; loves to build legos with dada; still loves books; hugs his stuffed animals and carries them around; makes a vroom sound while pushing cars around; loves to push or pull things around; learned to go down the slide by himself in Alaska; can climb up small ladders; knows lots of body parts: hair, eyes, nose, mouth, lips, teeth, tongue, ears, cheeks, hands, elbows, shoulders, tummy, belly button, doper, knees, feet, toes; loves to be outside; says momma loudly whenever he wants something; imitates just about everything I/we do: sneezing, coughing, scratching, shaking head, whistling, etc;

we got back to mom's from Alaska Tuesday night, then headed back to eau Claire Wednesday. This week Trevor slept in every morning; he had lots of sleep to catch up on. Wednesday it was after 10 am, Thursday 845 and Friday 830; so crazy!

Saturday Al was up in the cities at shane's house for his fantasy football draft. meanwhile, mom and tyler came down to eau Claire; mom babysat Trevor, while tyler, me, and 4 of my eau Claire friends went up to bloomer to play in the 3rd annual mud volleyball tournament. we had lots of fun, took 4th (tyler's team had won the last 2 years...), stayed until 9ish, drank and ate, laughed and got very muddy. :)

then sunday Al met us at mom's house. I had softball at 4 and 5 and it was SO muggy! mom, al and trevor came to watch the second game. we won both games and I hit so well! then Monday Trevor and I went over to manda's and watched her girls from 1030-5; it was so fun to get to play with them again! we headed back to ec on Tuesday.
