2019 :: 31/52

 Trevor turned 5.5 years old this week!!
Tova turned 17 months this week!!

Monday trevor had his last soccer.

Tuesday trevor had wrestling in the morning and his last t ball at night. After wrestling, we met Jodi and the kids at a park.

Al was off wed & thurs. on Wednesday we all packed up and drove to Osceola to jenny's parents house. we met jenny and her 3 girls there. they have a pool and we stayed by the pool all day/afternoon; tova ended up taking a 3 hour nap there. we left about 4 and stopped by the big Osceola waterfall before heading to mom's house. it was a great day and we all got a little sunburned (other than tova.) by the end of the pool time trevor was jumping into the deep end on his own.

Thursday morning the 4 of us and mom went to the Washington county fair (our favorite fair) for family fun day. we met mona, ollie and lucy there again this year. it was hot but we had fun. mona had gotten advance, cheaper tickets for the rides for the kids so trevor got to go on a bunch of rides! we headed home right from the fair so that tova could nap in the car and she did.

Friday morning we went to carson park with Jodi and the kids and jenny and her girls. it was really hot and tova was a bit whiney so we didn't stay too long but it was fun. the kids and I just stayed home and relaxed the rest of the day.

Saturday morning we ran to a couple garage sales and then unc-o came down for a bit. that night, Jodi, chloe and Carsyn came over for supper then we went with them to family fun night downtown eau Claire. there wasn't too much there and we made it just in between 2 rain storms so we didn't stay too long.

sunday morning the kids and I packed up and went to mom's house. we played outside, lunched, tova napped, played with nana & unc-o, then I had softball at 6&7. it was humid but we won both and I hit well.

Monday morning we headed home early to see Al.

2019 :: 30/52

Tuesday Al had off so he took trevor to wrestling so that Al could watch him for the first time. Al was impressed with the facilities, coach and trevor's improvements! Tova and I did laundry and hung it out on the clothes line. Tuesday night trevor had t ball; he's hitting really well now and runs fast with those long legs! after t ball, trevor and I ran over to see 'big boy' the train that had pulled in to Altoona earlier in the day. we got there just as they were shutting things down, but we did get to see it and it's huge-ness!!

Wednesday morning we went to the big carson park with Jodi and the kids then went just down the road to half moon lake beach which we've never been too. we just waded as the kids didn't have swim suits but it was fun! trevor had soccer at 4.

Thursday morning we went to a couple garage sales then met Jodi and the kids at sam davey playground. Trevor's friend Jasper from 4k came over in the afternoon to play. once Tova was up from nap, the kids played outside in the pool for a long time and had popsicles.

Friday Al was off and he and grandpa peter fixed the a/c in the Volkswagen while the kids and I went to the Eau Claire county fair. we have never been to that fair; it was tiny but really fun!! the tickets for kids crafts and games were 50 cents a piece so trevor & tova got to do 10 things for $5! trevor did a couple crafts, did the big blow up slide, a few little carnival games, got balloon animals, and got his hand painted. we also got to sit in a police car, ambulance and a snow plow. we had a hot dog, cheese curds and a strawberry malt! there was also farm animals and a little petting zoo. the sheep was tova's favorite; she didn't want to leave it and kept saying "BAAA!" the whole time she pet it. after nap, the kids and I walked over to gpa peter's to see how it was going, and they were just about done. we then went to matt & Jodi's for a grill out.

Saturday we got to ride in matt's parent's RV up to Hayward with the Risen's and grandpa Roger & Grandma Sue. we left about 9 and got there about 11. we started at a beach; the kids swam then we had a picnic. then we went to the animal walk where there were tons of animals in cages and deer walking around. after that we went downtown Hayward to stop at some shops including a small winery which had wine slushies!! the kids loved the candy store. then we drove around looking for some place to eat and ended up at prop's landing. we got to sit outside with a great view of the lake and our table looked like a dock! there was also a super fun DJ there we had people up dancing and had us all laughing! the food was excellent, the drinks were stiff, and the company was fantastic. it was so much fun, we didn't leave there until 830p! tova didn't nap the whole day but did sleep most of the way home. tova and Carsyn were in their carseats next to each other in the RV and they were so cute! we got home just before 11 and went right to bed.

sunday morning we got up and drove to lake wazee (about an hour away); a super clear, deep man made lake with white sand beaches. matt & Jodi and the kids met us there. it stormed quick just as we got there and then started raining again when we were leaving at about 2, but we had fun!! softball was cancelled due to rain so we just unpacked, cleaned, bathed and relaxed the rest of the night.

Monday morning, the kids and I ran to target then went to Jodi's to play outside for a bit before lunch and nap. Al worked and trevor had soccer at 4.
