first day, last day of 4K

Tuesday and Wednesday, I had Carsyn again. She's pretty easy and we had fun! Jodi came home Wednesday night! Thursday the kids and I did some garage saling in the morning but didn't find anything. mom came down Thursday morning and worked the morning from our house. then after lunch and after trevor got on the bus, mom, Al, Tova and I went to trevor's school for their last day of school parade and celebration. it was hot but good! then we came home for some outside/pool time, supper then mom headed back home.

Al worked Friday and Sunday this week. Friday the kids and I met Jodi, Carsyn and Kinsley at the Jeffers park for the morning before it got hot. then after nap/quiet time, we had pool time.

Saturday morning mom came back down. we ran to some more garage sales and found a few things. tova had an early nap so that we all could go to Wausau for Auntie Althea and Thadius's wedding reception. it was held at Tad's mom's house which included horses! we had a good time and it was a beautiful day! Trevor ran around with Liam the whole time and Tova was a hit in her .25 cent dress. she loved the horses and the puppies! we headed home about 730ish. in the car, trevor put his kindle down by himself and fell asleep!! tova didn't sleep in the car and was up many times that night (she had a stuffy nose: teething, allergies, cold?)

sunday morning, mom headed out after breakfast, then the kids and I headed up to the cities shortly after for softball. during naptime, I got to go hold my cousin maren's new baby that was born Saturday night. we had been impatiently waiting for baby to arrive since she was overdue. we didn't know gender. maren had the baby Saturday night: another girl (that's 3 for them.) Lenore "Leni" James. Lenore is my grama's name and james is maren's dad's name. :) She's a little peanut and the birth was extra painful for Maren but we're so happy she's here! then I had softball at 4&5 and while I was at softball, uncle Jimmy brought maren's other 2 girls (Tula and Etta) over to mom's for play time with T&T and supper. softball was a bit rough, we lost both and I inured myself again catching a thrown ball...

Monday morning, we headed for home.

2019 :: 22/52

Trevor had school Tuesday-Thursday this week then only has one week left. Al worked Wed-Thursday this week.

Tuesday: tova had her 15 month appointment in the morning. she's doing great. she's in the 90% for height, 85% for weight. she's 23 lbs 11 oz.

Wednesday: we went to the library in the morning.

Thursday: my dad came down for the morning until trevor went to school. I went garage saling for a bit after lunch before Al had to go to work. after school, I got out the pool and put a little water in it for our first pool day of the year.

Friday: it was really hot and humid. Al mowed the lawn finally :) and after nap and quiet time, the kids played in the pool.

Saturday: it was really nice out! we all went garage saling a bit in the morning, then trevor had a birthday party 11a-2p (jack, one of the 2 boys that live just behind matt & Jodi and trevor's gone into their fenced back yard to play many times. jack's younger brother, lucas is trevor's age and will be going to the same school as T.) after nap, we spent the rest of the night until bath & bed time outside! we got a lot done around the backyard including finishing up our planting. we ate supper outside (Al grilled hot dogs) and then gave our dirty kids a bath.

sunday morning after breakfast, we all went to menards. then trevor and I went up to mom's house for softball, and Al and Tova stayed home. once at mom's we ate lunch, played a little then tyler, trevor and I went to visit my friend's Kris, jeff and their kids ellie, Easton and colton. tyler and his company just finished up putting in a boulder retaining wall at their house. Kris was sleeping (she's a paramedic) but we got to see everyone else. trevor and colton are the same age so they had fun. then I had softball at 4&5. mom & trevor and my dad & tammy came to watch. they were good games and we won them both but we had lots of injuries including me taking a throw to my bare hand, base of my thumb. after the games, we went back to mom's: trevor had a bath, I changed and iced my thumb, we had dairy queen thanks to unc-o then we headed home.

Monday: I watched Carsyn 830a-3p. Both Carsyn and tova were teething so there was a rough patch in the morning, but we made it through. tova only napped for 45 minutes (woke up crying, likely teething), then we ran to target to do my return and finish up teacher gifts then we went to get trevor from school. once home, tova took a 1/2 hour nap while trevor and I played outside. tova came out for a bit before supper.
