Tuesday and Wednesday of this week were super cold again, but hopefully they are our last cold days as the weekend was in the thirties and they're predicting 40s and 50s next week!! we're so ready (although it would be nice if Trevor was walking by the time it's nice enough to really play outside...)
Al had a busy weekend (his weekend, 3 days) with training/range, an interview in the cities, and errands & track coach meeting. he's coaching high school track this year and it starts next week (it pays pretty well, better than when he coached college). then he had to work 3p-3a again Saturday and sunday; they're just getting more short staffed as they promote people and co-workers are still out on medical leave, one's wife just had a baby, and another is due soon. yikes!
Saturday, Trevor and I went up to the cities for uncle jimmy's surprise 60th birthday party at stella's in Minneapolis. it was a great party and he was super surprised! the food was great and the company was even better. trevor did great, although got heavy to carry and couldn't quite crawl around due to the number of people there. but he got to walk around a bunch while holding our hands.
sunday night trevor was awake from 12-145am and then woke up crying at 5 am and didn't go back to sleep. not sure if it has to do with daylight savings or not, but he's been a little extra sassy the last couple days. separation anxiety, teeth, time change, who knows. hopefully we can get back into a good sleep routine (I was hoping to push his bedtime back a little bit with the time change but not now very little sleep).
