2022 :: 14/52

 wednesday Al was back to work, and i had kinsley again. it was still cold and rainy out so we drove to school, and to take kins to her bus. 

thursday was our last day with kinsley. 

friday after school drop off, Al, Tova and i went garage saling for the first time of the season! we didn't find too much but had some fun. i worked out at noon. matt and jodi got back and picked up harley which the kids were very sad about. then at night i went out to eat with cassie and crystal for a mom's night out. jodi met us after volleyball practice too for a drink. we went to thirsty badger for supper and then went to river jams for a drink. both places pretty close to our house and 2 that i'd never been too. river jams is right on the river and they have outdoor music there during the summer. 

saturday morning i worked out then we all headed up to mom's house. after nap we went over to shane and jodi's house and played outside and had a grill out! jodi and i took the kids for a little hike and we stayed until 8pm mostly outside! it was fun! we stayed at mom's house. 

sunday we were supposed to have our cousin Etta's birthday party but she got sick so we went to the minnesota zoo instead with nana, unc-o, and unc-o brought our cousin camden with. it was fun! we mostly just did the inside stuff but it was pretty chilly out. then we had lunch at mom's and trev was tired so we did nap there too before heading home. 

monday morning was back to work for Al, school for trev, and jodi's for tova and me. trev had his last karate after school and then once Al was home, trev and i went and picked up camdyn and chloe and went to the north high school girls softball game right by our house. they were playing river falls and i went to college with one of the coaches and watched her daughter when she was a baby who was on the team. also on the north high team was my old boss from menards' daughter (and my boss was there too; it was good to see her!) jodi came after practice and watched for a bit before we all left because the sun was going down and it got cold. 

tuesday was work, jodis, school and it was still cold out and rainy. at school pickup it hailed on us. i worked out at 530.

2022 :: 13/52

 wednesday Al was off, trev had school, i worked out at noon and there was a photographer there for an article they were doing on the gym and Ryan. of course, when my eyes are swollen and i had to wear a big headband. 

thursday after i dropped trevor off for school, i headed down to madison to get a tattoo. i made it back by 6 when Al and grandpa peter went to look at a volkswagen jetta for sale right by our house. they liked it so i packed the kids up after they ate and went to look at it. we put a deposit down on it so he wouldn't sell it to anyone else while the couple little parts he'd ordered for it came in. 

friday was finally nice out so we walked trev to school and then tova and i played outside some. grandpa peter came to sit with tova while i worked out at noon. then after school we went right out back, had snack out there and stayed out until almost 6pm when we came in for supper. it was so nice out! 

saturday morning i worked out and after nap we went over to cassie's house to celebrate elliott's birthday with them. we had pizza, played, and got outside after the rain. 

sunday morning i took the kids with me to the gym since their friends were gonna be there too. after that it was so nice out we pumped up some basketballs and walked up to trev's school to play basketball, soccer and on the playground. Al got off work at noon since Althea was coming up for grandpa peter's birthday for supper. we ordered chinese and hung out. matt & jodi dropped their dog harley off for the week while they're in florida. 

monday Al was off, i had kinsley from 730am and then got her on the bus at 1215 which tova loved! i went to a different doctor at 2 pm for my "spider bites" which had looked worse (dark purple spots in the middle of the big original spot) and had spread (they seemed to be not getting worse but i also wanted to know what they were and why, and i was getting a headache and sore jaw.) that doctor thought it was shingles so she put me on an antiviral medicine even though it was over 10 days in. after school trev had karate, then Al went to buy the volkswagen. 

tuesday morning i had kinsley and klare came at 1030 too; it was a girl day and so fun! we got to play outside for a bit before it rained. after school, i cut trevor's hair then trev and i made banana bread then supper.

 wednesday was still trevor's spring break but Al was back to work. it rained/snowed all day long so we stayed in and didn't do much; it was nice! grandpa peter did come over at noon so i could work out. 

thursday morning right after breakfast the kids and i drove up to the minnesota zoo. it was fun; a little chilly on the outside part but we made it all the way around the outside trail and did all the inside stuff too. we grabbed lunch on the way back to mom's house, ate there quick then headed home. i woke up thursday morning with what i thought were 3 or 4 spider bites on my forehead. 

friday morning the "spider bites" were one big quarter sized red, swollen, blob but it didn't itch. Al and Matt were both off work so we took the kids along with kassie, kade and kinsley up to the newer indoor play place in hudson. it was a little bit little for the big kids but they all had fun. then we grabbed lunch in hudson and headed home. 

saturday morning i worked out and then it was basement clean out day since it rained all day. we got a lot done and the kids played. 

sunday morning all 4 of us went to the gym and had a family fun day date there with katie, luc (who did the men's group at the gym with Al) and their 2 boys deansen and hakley (deansen goes to trevor's school and is on his soccer team that katie coaches.) it was a hard workout so we didn't do much the rest of the day. 

monday was back to school for trev, work for Al, and jodi's for tova and me. but after school drop off and before we went to jodi's, tova and i ran to urgent care since my "bites" weren't getting any better and were spreading to other places on my forehead. the doctor there was worried the spread was a skin infection so i got put on an antibiotic. we had fun at jodi's; it was good to be back! then after school, trevor had karate so we grabbed supper afterwards and ate at home with Al after work. 

Tuesday was the same except when i woke up my eyes and the bridge of my nose were really swollen. after school, i brought the kids with me to the gym at 530 because 2 of the other moms with boy/girl kids were bringing their kids too. Al had a union meeting after work so he didn't make it home before the kids were in bed.

Al and the kids like watching smash fishing together where the guy finds clams and eats them, so Al made clams for the kids and they ate them.
