2020 :: 30/52

Tuesday morning we ran out for a couple errands then picked up Camdyn and went to a park. we got to play for a bit before it rained on us so we went and got slushies. tova loved playing with Camdyn and he was so good with her! then home for cleaning day while it rained.

Al was off wednesday and thursday. that included a lot of garage saling; wednesday with all of us and thursday i went with jodi. didn't find anything great but some books for the kids and such. wednesday we got a large package from auntie molly and it was all old video games and systems. Al and trevor were pretty excited!

thursday night after supper we went and got the good ice cream. we took it to carson park and ate our ice cream beside a little pond. we played outside lots. i found some rainbow loom loops at a garage sale finally for trevor and he was obsessed with making bracelets for days straight. :)

al worked all weekend and mom was in colorado so it was just the kids and i. i set up our big pool finally and the kids loved it! friday afternoon we only got to play in it for about 10 minutes before it rained but otherwise every afternoon after nap and snack the kids played in it lots! they loved it! we did some crafts, had some outside time, and jodi, matt and the kids came over for cancun supper on saturday night. it was super humid all weekend!

monday morning was gorgeous out so we took the boat out to a local lake. Al did great backing the trailer up! had some issues starting it and then with the fuel so we weren't out long but it was beautiful!

2020 :: 29/52

monday afternoon/evening we spent outside; it was nice out with some clouds. i weeded and remulched while Al cut down branches of the tree over the garden and boat. after supper, we were back outside playing and finishing up our projects. trevor was a good helper for Al!

tuesday it rained all day so we played downstairs and i cleaned and sorted some things.

wednesday morning we met Al's co-worker's wife, Abby and her kids Tyler and Mckenzie at Irvine Park. the girls had fun but Tyler was cranky and didn't want to play with Trevor. Tova got tired early so we left about 11.

thursday we went garage saling for a bit but there weren't too many.

friday Al was off, so jodi and i went garage saling for a bit in the morning while Al took the kids to grandpa peter's house.

saturday morning mom came down and the 5 of us went to 2 church thrift sales and a couple garage sales and found some good stuff! the kids were excited to get to go into the church ones! at the 2nd large one, tova found minnie mouse slippers that she put on right then and there and a barbie volkswagen bug that she carried around. :) mom also bought tova a large, homemade wooden doll house and we got trevor a bigger bike for at her house for $7.50! we had lunch at the little concession stand at the church and headed home. during nap, i cleaned out tova's doll house and trevor's lego drawers. after nap, i pulled out my old barbies and barbie furniture and the kids played with it for a bit.

saturday night, mom babysat while Al and i went to his co-worker's annual get together in bloomer. there were lots of Al's co-workers and wives there which was fun adn there was good food, good weather, and great fireworks. we stayed until about 11.

sunday morning Al cleaned the boat, mom and i walked with the kids down to the park (the first time at the park since march!), and we played with nana until nap time when she headed home.

monday morning the kids and i went to a playground on the south side which also had a little nature trail. we had fun! then after nap, we ran to the library to pick up our new books via the drive thru and picked up my first drive up target order. then home to play in the backyard and swim.
