Tuesday it was rainy. we did some crafts and got lots of little things done around the house including laundry and cutting T's hair. then at 1030ish we went over to Jodi's to play and get my books. after nap Al and trevor did the dishes (every time either one of us is near the sink, Trevor asks if he can do the dishes with us :]) we ate supper, Al went to work and trevor and I played and got a few things done. then bath, books, snack, teeth brush and bed.
Wednesday morning we had asher exteriors out to get an estimate on replacing our bedroom/bathroom windows. we're pretty sure we're gonna do the labor ourselves (either with my brother and/or Al's co worker, Cody) but we wanted to get an estimate and get info on/decide what kind of windows we want to get. after that, T and I drove up to mom's house. we played a bit then lunch and nap. after nap, mom, T and I went over to maren's house for family dinner and to see new baby Etta again! we stopped by the nike outlet store on the way there to exchange some shoes uncle got for trevor. then we arrived, played until supper was ready, will came too, ate, played a little more, then went back to mom's house.
Thursday morning, T and I stopped at some garage sales on our way back to eau Claire. we stopped at one in woodbury, one in Hudson, and one in eau Claire. then we had to get home to go potty and unpack. we played outside until nap time. at nap time I went garage saling a little more.
Friday I dropped trevor off at Jodi's house and went to my favorite consignment sale here in eau Claire. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for for trevor but I found close, only to realize the line was really, really long. so I stashed my 6 items, left to go garage saling (only found one thing) then came back, grabbed my items and had no line. I then went back to Jodi's and they were outside so we stayed until lunch time. at nap time, I tried to garage sale again but found nothing. I showered, sat out in the sun (it was beautiful all weekend) and then walked over to Jodi's to watch the kids while Jodi was at volleyball and matt ran to get Camdyn. then I walked back home, and shortly after mom arrived. mom watched T while I went out for girls night since Al had to work. It was just Jodi, Emily and I; we went to tgifridays and it was a good time.
Saturday morning, after breakfast, Jodi and chloe came and picked up mom, T and I for garage saling. we garage saled for a long time until about 11ish. we didn't find too much but had fun and got some things. at one of the last ones I got a good deal on heavier dumbbells for Al; he was excited when he saw them! once home, we played outside, ate lunch outside and then put T down for nap. during naptime, mom and I cleared all the red mulch out of our front garden beds! it was a lot of work but good to get done. there is rocks under most of it and we much prefer rock over mulch so there's still work to do on getting some of the rocks up out of the dirt, but looks so much better! Al got a few things done outside too (he was off Saturday, sunday and Monday). after nap, we played outside until the neighb's came over for a grill out. they'd been doing yard work too so we just sat around, ate, the kids played, and then we had a bonfire.
sunday morning mom headed home about 930 and Al, T and I ran to menards. once home we put away all the outdoor things we got including digging the edgers in, planting some plants with the dirt (trevor helped me with that), dumping out some rock (we still need a bunch more but might be getting it from Al's cousin), and I cleaned the garage a bit. then T and I had lunch in the porch (where he told me he was really tired), cleaned ourselves up, read books, and trevor was out the second I put him down.
Monday morning after breakfast, all 3 of us went to drop off the mortgage check then went to our favorite nature hiking trails by our old town house. we walked around for 1.5 hours and enjoyed ourselves! although my allergies attacked my nose the whole second half. we picked up 2 plastic bags full of garbage, saw some ducks & deer, and on our way out trevor wanted to take the path that went straight up a hill. he was a little reluctant towards the top, but he made it (with some help from Al). then we came home for lunch and nap. after nap we went outside where Al finished mowing the backyard and T & I put some grass seed down in the dead spots & then watered it. we had a picnic supper in the porch then had movie night with popcorn.
